Our Town Heat Pumps LLC was formed in 2018 By Justin Boisvert with the purpose of providing the best possible service for your heating and air conditioning equipment.

Justin has worked in the field for approximately 28 years and has also worked providing distributor level technical support for a variety of HVAC Equipment. In 2021 we relocated to Moultonborough, NH and are now providing service to the Northern Lakes region.

We specialize in residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, with a focus on indoor air treatment. We have a strong background in diagnostics and often conduct airflow testing to identify and resolve issues. Our approach is slightly different from a typical company due to Justin’s prior experience in technical support, where he encountered a range of problems and gained insight into the common causes. A significant portion of issues encountered with airflow systems, such as air conditioning, heat pumps, and furnaces, are related to improper ducting system design. Through testing and calculations of pressure, the velocity of the air, and similar methods, we are able to detect and correct these issues. This same methodology applies to water systems as well.
