Our Indoor Air Quality service is designed to improve the overall health and comfort of your home. 3 Major points we look at when assessing indoor air quality:

1- Cleanliness of the indoor air:  Treatment consists primarily of mechanical filtration to remove particulate matter such as dust, dander, pollen, etc. and UV light to help control microorganism growth… We offer whole home solutions as well as highly efficient in room treatments.

2- Humidity control:  Proper humidity control is vital to the health and safety of your home environment.  Too much humidity can result in growth of organisms such as mold, and can contribute to property damage and breathing difficulties. Too little humidity can cause cracking of furniture and damage to floors, walls, etc… extremely dry environments favor certain viruses and can result in nose bleeds and throat irritation.

3- Air exchange: Modern buildings introduce materials that people were not in the past exposed to.  Off gassing from materials such as furniture, flooring, manufactured wood products as well as insulation materials coupled with tight building construction can expose us to chemicals and toxins.  Removing old stale air and replacing it with clean, fresh air helps reduce the concentration of these contaminants and provides us the fresh healthy air we need to thrive.
